• Content: messages, files and activity in servers and channels.
• Technical data: IP address, device and system type, app version, error logs.

3.Why we use it

• to create and manage your account and provide the service (performance of the contract);
• for security, abuse prevention and enforcement of the terms (legitimate interest);
• to improve the app (legitimate interest);
• to comply with legal obligations.

We do not sell your data and we do not show personalized ads.

4.How long we keep it

We keep your data as long as your account is active. After the account is deleted, we remove it within a reasonable period, except for data that the law requires us to keep or that is needed to prevent abuse (for example, the record of blocked accounts).

5.Who we share it with

Data may be accessed only by providers who help us operate the service (hosting, infrastructure), under data protection agreements, or by authorities, when the law requires it.

6.Your rights

Under the GDPR you have the right of access, rectification, erasure, restriction, portability and objection. You may withdraw consent at any time. Write to us at [email protected]. You also have the right to lodge a complaint with the National Supervisory Authority for Personal Data Processing (ANSPDCP).

7.Security

We use encrypted connections and technical and organizational measures to protect data. However, no method is 100% secure, so please protect your account with a strong password.

8.Minimum age

RedLine is not intended for persons under 16 without parental consent. If we find that we have collected data from a minor without consent, we delete it.

We may update this policy. The date of the last update is shown at the top.
